Dr Mona Vand

Today I had the pleasure to meet Dr Mona Vand. She just launched her very own web series and website about nutrition and different healthy tricks you can do to stay healthy! She was so informative and so incredibly inspiring. I attended this with my friend Jenna. A lot of my other girlfriends came to this as well, we had a blast. I am so excited to watch every single video Dr Mona Vand has, it's all so insightful. This event was held at the Four Season in Beverly Hills. I love this hotel and we especially loved the Marilyn statue out front!

Check out Dr Mona Vand's website and videos, you will not be disappointed!! I needed this wake up call, I feel so unhealthy lately! Click here for her website

PS sorry my photos are kinda out of wack, my camera wasn't working so well today.. EEEK

Positivity will inspire greatness

Sweet Sweet Nothing

I dress for ME

Sunglasses: Kenmark Optical
Shirt: Dazey

I Dress For Me is a collection of strong women with style raising awareness for sexual harassment & sexual assault- because we never want to hear, “Well, what was she wearing?” again.

What women wear tends to play a primary role in sexual harassment and assault cases.  Nearly 25% of the population believes that the woman is to blame for her sexual assault if she is dressed provocatively, and 57% agree with the idea that a woman’s character can be interpreted through her clothing.
From mini skirts to moccasins, and halter tops to high tops, we believe that women should be able to wear whatever they want to express themselves without fear.  We’re taking a stand in style to say I Dress For Me because fashion shouldn’t victimize women- it should empower us.
Hashtag your outfit photos and social media posts with #idressforme on Instagram to join the movement, raise awareness, and promote women’s rights by having fun with fashion!
